4. Booking and Cancellations

Adventure bookings are confirmed upon receipt of required information and completion of registration procedures. Cancellation policies vary by adventure type and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. We strongly recommend reviewing cancellation terms before confirming any adventure reservation.

OutdoorRush Life reserves the right to cancel or modify adventures due to weather conditions, insufficient participation, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative dates or full refunds of any fees paid.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
